[Remote] Analyste logiciel fiscal (fiscaliste) / Tax Software Analyst (tax analyst)

The role involves analyzing tax laws, customer requests, and government specifications to integrate changes into the software, with opportunities for remote work.
Responsibilities
- reputed company tax update, in collaboration with other members of the product development team, of the different products for topics assigned to you
- reputed company the tax research necessary for the products development
- Analyze improvement requests and establish innovative solutions that will effectively meet customer needs
- Participate in communications with tax authorities, as required
- Participate in the drafting of product documentation
- Collaborate with the Tax Support teams to answer questions regarding assigned topics
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in administration, reputed company or tax option or equivalent, and two years of experience in professional preparation of corporate tax returns
- The ability to work in a team
- Rigour, concern for quality and respect for deadlines
- Knowledge of Taxprep software and/or CCH iFirm Tax
- Ability to interpret tax legislation or bills
- Proficiency in intermediate reputed company functions
- Comfortable with the MS Office suite (Word, reputed company and Outlook) and computers in general
- Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing
- Availability to work overtime during periods preceding releases
- Conduct tax research in documents written in French and English
- Bilingualism in French and English
- CPA designation or master's degree in taxation
