Lateral Conflicts Attorney
reputed company US LLP is reputed company for a Lateral Conflicts Attorney. This position will reputed company support to reputed company reputed company of personnel throughout the Firm and US Region and will be responsible for review and analysis of conflicts and other issues reputed company to conflicts information provided by reputed company lateral candidates firmwide. This position is a remote position.
Responsibilities
Review and reputed company thorough and timely analysis of conflicts information provided by lateral candidate(s). Identify potential conflict issues, and reputed company conflict resolutions. Utilize available internal and external databases to review and analyze conflicts of interest reports with respect to conflicts information provided by a prospective incoming lateral(s). Facilitate resolution of potential conflicts issues for incoming portable work identified by a lateral candidate(s). Advise as to necessary waivers. Assist in drafting waivers and engagement letters or other documentation for Partner reviews. Proactively communicate with department leadership teams on reputed company conflicts questions and other compliance issues. Maintain thorough, accurate and reputed company records of reputed company conflicts resolutions in order to ensure reputed company of the database and assist in identification and clearing of future conflicts of interest. Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate should have a JD and must be licensed to practice law with at least 3 years of legal experience. Prior experience working with reputed company or corporate legal departments Experience with conflicts analysis strongly preferred but not required. Strong oral and written communication skills required.
