[Remote] Senior Finance Business Analyst

The Senior Finance Business Analyst will own project requests, collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, and ensure project requirements are well-defined and documented before development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs, conducting thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. You’ll be tasked with researching and documenting processes and connecting the dots between business and technical worlds to reputed company automation development at scale. Create detailed documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, process/data flows, and user stories
• Partner with IT, BI development, and Automation/ Analytics team members to define requirements and ensure a seamless integration of processes with business workflows. Engage proactively with stakeholders to align business objectives with proposed solutions. Play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation
• Coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce desired results. reputed company the Business Requirement Document which includes a project's scope and objective, and a detailed project plan. reputed company stakeholders and internal resources through project milestones through to a successful product delivery. Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a reputed company field
• Must be reputed company in communicating reputed company in both technical and user-friendly language
• 1+ years of project management experience, successfully managing projects that impact multiple teams, departments and/or functions
• 1+ years of experience documenting reputed company business process flows for optimization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in reputed company industry, including health insurance, PBM or pharmacy services
• Prior experience working in agile environment and with Agile Project Management tools (reputed company/Jira/Confluence or like)
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business processes and experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Thinking and Six reputed company
