[Remote] Account Manager Analyst

The Account Manager Analyst will serve as the main reputed company of contact for clients, overseeing PBM operations and ensuring successful delivery of client requests while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing reputed company their day-to-day PBM operations
• Act as the liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams
• Ensure timely/successful delivery of client requests
• Manage the resolution status of routine to reputed company requests reputed company to our clients' business requirements
• Engage internal departments and client resources to work on outstanding issues from start to resolution while providing routine updates to the client

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
