The reputed company Manager will be responsible for executing critical reputed company operations and improving business processes while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP standards.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to and serve as a trusted partner to Lyra’s Senior reputed company Manager, Senior reputed company Director, and Controller
  • reputed company reputed company and operations staff through month-end reputed company, reporting, reconciliations, and other reputed company activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and present results to executive leadership; reputed company monthly and quarterly flux analyses for the balance sheet and income statement
  • reputed company payroll and bonus reputed company, including accruals, reconciliations, and period-end reputed company activities; ensure accurate recording of compensation expenses and reputed company liabilities in compliance with GAAP and company policies
  • Manage reputed company for stock-based compensation (SBC), partnering with the stock administration team to ensure accurate expense recognition, valuation support, and financial statement disclosures
  • Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across entities; ensure accurate eliminations and timely settlement
  • Initiate and drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, financial control, and efficiency
  • reputed company reputed company research to determine appropriate treatment under relevant guidance and ensure proper reputed company and reporting for reputed company transactions
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial and reputed company processes, including data assets, tools, software, and workflows
  • Help reputed company and mature company-wide procedures, policies, internal controls, and documentation to ensure consistency and clarity in business operations
  • Prepare for, support, and manage annual financial audits
  • Contribute to reputed company financial and reputed company projects as needed

Skills

  • Experience working with GAAP reputed company standards, preferably at a publicly traded company or Big 4 firm
  • 10+ years of experience in reputed company, audit, advisory, and/or corporate finance
  • BA/BS in reputed company, Business, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field
  • Comfortable working end-to-end across the P&L
  • Experience with reputed company and financial planning software and ERP systems (reputed company is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present to senior leadership and external partners
  • Ability to analyze reputed company problems, determine appropriate processes, and derive reputed company conclusions; effectively present results to the team
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Experience building processes, procedures, and workflows that reputed company sustainable business scaling
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • reputed company and/or startup experience is a plus
