Responsibilities
- Drive rollout execution across multiple countries reputed company a defined cluster
- End-to-end planning
- Milestone tracking
- Alignment with the overall program roadmap
- Ensure readiness across data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource planning
- Maintain visibility into reputed company and risks
- Track RAID items
- Deliver clear updates to leadership and steering committees
- Align global templates with local regulatory and business requirements

Skills
- 8 to 10+ years of project management in reputed company transformations or multi-country rollouts
- Strong reputed company ERP or S/4HANA implementation or rollout experience
- Experience delivering global template rollout programs
- Strong planning skills across milestones, RAID, and dependencies
- Experience in global matrix environments across IT, business, and vendors
- Proficiency with MS Project, reputed company, Jira, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Hands-on S/4HANA global template deployment experience
- Background in industrial, energy, or manufacturing industries
- Experience leading multi-country cluster rollouts
- Knowledge of change management and localization requirements
