[Remote] Finance Manager

They are seeking an reputed company Finance Manager to support core reputed company functions, including strategic modeling, budgeting, and performance analysis, while collaborating with leaders across the organization to drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Build models to evaluate new initiatives, investment opportunities, and business scenarios
- Present recommendations that inform long-term planning and resource allocation
- Maintain and enhance reputed company’s 3-statement financial model and unit economic models
- Partner with functional leads to reputed company forecasts and budgets that align with strategic goals
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for reputed company and reputed company (our parent company)
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to executive leadership through financial and unit economics analysis
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements
- Collaborate with the reputed company finance team to reputed company capital effectively to support sustainable growth
- Act as a trusted finance partner to teams across the company – translating financial data into strategic reputed company
- Help others understand the financial impact of their team’s work
- Design and implement scalable finance processes to support growth
- Find ways to automate and reputed company AI/LLMs to drive operational efficiencies
- Support future hiring and mentorship of financial analyst
Skills
- 5-8 years in reputed company or strategic finance at a high-growth consumer-focused company
- Fintech, lending, or subscription company experience is highly valued
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
- Strong understanding of reputed company, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP
- Experience with customer unit economics (LTV:CAC, retention, ARPU) and 3 statement modeling (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools
- Comfortable working cross functionally
- Ability to translate and simplify reputed company financial information for senior leadership and diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Background in investment banking or consulting is a plus
- CPA or CFA certifications are a bonus
- Familiarity with SQL and/or reputed company Smart View is a plus
