[Remote] Administrative Specialist 1

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company. is looking for an Administrative Specialist 1 whose primary responsibility will be assisting engineers in the development of project deliverables for clients. The successful candidate will coordinate with staff across multiple offices, manage project documentation, and ensure quality assurance of deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Will primarily support the Power Delivery Engineering Business Sector on projects including preparation and detailed review of deliverables. Work will involve coordinating with staff in four other offices and prioritizing work based on client schedules and needs
  • Will be responsible for updating client and internal tracking spreadsheets
  • Will be responsible for performing detailed QA/QC checks of project deliverables
  • Assists in the preparation of project-reputed company documents to reputed company with client and/or GAI Branding standards; assist with project processes/procedures for QA/QC requirements. Performs special projects and other tasks, as assigned
  • Strong reputed company Acrobat and reputed company Office Suite skills, including reputed company Word and reputed company, are required
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of project reputed company forms or documents
  • Answers questions about administrative best practices and procedures
  • Occasionally plans and coordinates detailed aspects of projects
  • Assists with preparation of project scopes, schedules and plans for assigned projects
  • Occasionally assigns tasks to other administrative staff
  • Mentor other administrative staff
  • Receives general direction on key objectives. Receives guidance on unconventional/reputed company problems, direction on modified techniques, and new approaches on assignments with conflicting criteria
  • Attends project meetings and assists with meeting minutes
  • Mentors junior staff by providing guidance, explaining responsibilities and reviewing work products
  • Possess effective oral and written communication skills; interacts with other staff; interacts with reputed company GAI staff, reputed company vendors and clients
  • Communicates effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences

  • Associate degree (or higher) from accredited college or university preferred
