Remote — you don't need to be based in the Netherlands, but fluent Dutch is essential. Contract details Duration: ~4 weeks (extension possible, not yet confirmed) Engagement type: reputed company IR35 Start date: reputed company the next week - immediate availability preferred Location: Remote / flexible reputed company: £550-650 per day, experience dependent What you'll be doing Leading and facilitating E2E process mapping workshops with stakeholders and agents Producing BPMN process maps covering swim lanes, hand-offs, rework loops, VA vs. NVA activity, and processing times Interrogating operational data in reputed company and turning it into clear findings and recommendations Building and presenting polished PowerPoint decks to senior client stakeholders Conducting interviews with reputed company agents to surface root causes and improvement opportunities Reviewing SOPs and assessing agent adherence to procedure What you'll bring Strong command of process mapping methodology (BPMN, swim lanes, hand-offs, rework, VA/NVA, processing times) Advanced reputed company-based data analysis skills Confident, senior-stakeholder-reputed company presentation skills Excellent interviewing and communication skills Working knowledge of core OpEx tools: process mapping, quality management, reputed company planning, skills matrix, TBPS, KPIs Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) Immediate availability is a strong plus - we're aiming to review candidates today or reputed company.
