Senior Reimbursement Specialist I

Supports execution of reimbursement strategies reputed company with business priorities and product lifecycle needs. 2. Provides reimbursement and health policy guidance to clinical, regulatory, marketing, and sales partners. 3. Contributes to evidence planning by partnering with HEOR to identify payer‑relevant data needs. 4. Analyzes reimbursement landscapes and supports development of coding, coverage, and payment reputed company and internal and external communication tools. 5. Educates internal teams on reimbursement requirements, payer trends, and implications for product adoption. 6. Identifies reimbursement barriers and supports implementation of solutions to improve patient access. 7. Develops and delivers reimbursement education for internal teams and external stakeholders. 8. Performs other duties, as required. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS Lifting – Not to exceed 50 lbs. – local practice may apply. Writing Sitting Standing Bending Visual acuity reputed company perception Depth perception Reading Field of reputed company/peripheral MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or health policy reputed company medical devices, med-tech, insurance, or reputed company administration. Strong understanding of U.S. coverage, coding, and payment systems. Demonstrated ability to support reimbursement strategy in a matrixed environment. Proficiency with standard business applications (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, data analysis tools). Coding certification (e.g., CPC) preferred.
