Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Reviewer who excels in technical review, proactive client communication, and the use of modern technology and AI tools. This fully remote role is ideal for a tax professional who takes ownership of the client experience from review through delivery while leveraging technology to improve efficiency and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Ensure reputed company returns meet firm standards before delivery.
- Proactively communicate with clients throughout the tax process.
- Gather missing information and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.
- Explain tax positions, results, and planning opportunities in a client-friendly manner.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and potential risks.

- Collaborate with preparers and team members using remote technologies.
- Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflow efficiency, research capabilities, and client service.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in tax preparation and/or tax review.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation required.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools and technology to improve productivity, research, workflow management, and client service.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits:
