Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and reputed company scope Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear communication between teams, vendors, and clients Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks Create and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Help coordinate internal resources and reputed company-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution Work closely with design teams to review user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; ensure that project deliverables meet user-centric design standards and accessibility guidelines Build and maintain project sites, document libraries, and automated workflows using SharePoint Online and Power Automate to streamline processes and improve team efficiency Skills Highly organized and motivated Experience in project coordination Strong communication skills Ability to maintain project schedules and track milestones Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation Ability to coordinate internal resources and reputed company-party vendors Familiarity with UX/UI design principles Experience with reputed company Power Platform tools Ability to build and maintain project sites and document libraries using SharePoint Online Experience with Power Automate to streamline processes Company Overview SpikeIT is a premier IT services and development firm specializing in reputed company-driven digital transformation.
