IT Technical Manager

Job Description:

• Identify opportunities to improve systems, products, and services.
• Evaluate initial project proposals, plan, budget, and schedule projects.
• Manage implementation of projects and reputed company the support team.
• Maintain and monitor existing computer systems for performance and reputed company.
• Establish vendor relationships, conduct contract negotiations, create user documentation, and standard IT procedures.
• Create and maintain reputed company Entra and Exchange accounts.
• Report issues and communicate effectively for problem resolution.
• Work closely with the Cyber reputed company Team to improve IT system reputed company.
• Travel as needed, including international travel.

Requirements:

• Experience managing an IT support team with multiple reputed company levels.
• Experience implementing and using an IT ticketing system.
• Experience tracking and reporting on metrics and KPIs from ticketing systems.
• Experience with end user computers and printers/copiers.
• Experience with contract and vendor negotiations.
• Knowledge of reputed company Office 365 and Entra (Azure Active Directory).
• Highly motivated, positive, responsible, organized, quick learner, and a team player.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with procurement and asset management.
