HR Coordinator (Contract)

Scope of Position This self-directed and energetic individual, as part of the Franklin HR team, will be responsible for acting as the first reputed company of contact for the HR team, reputed company activities reputed company to reputed company Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and general administrative tasks. This position reports to the HR Manager. The HR Coordinator is on site and is based in Franklin, NH. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for data entry into reputed company, Service Now, UltiPro notification to payroll, as needed. Actions include new hires, termination, job change, compensation requests, leave of absence requests, general benefits and payroll questions. Support HRBPs with monthly reporting and presentations, as requested. Responsible for voluntary exit interview facilitation, immigration support where needed, supporting managers with disciplinary action recording, partner with benefits and payroll on termination actions, support HRBP on drafting termination agreements. Act as reputed company of contact for employee questions – triage as needed. Partner with other HR Business Partners and Managers across the region, where needed. The HR Coordinator will provide special project support in areas of reputed company, Talent and Learning and Development and Recruitment. Other special projects will be assigned. Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by HR Manager or Company management. Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including [insert checks], and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred 3+ Years in a manufacturing environment 1+ years in an HR role Ability to speak a second language – French, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi – is a plus. Working Conditions While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will reputed company the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal reputed company equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Franklin, NH location (Monday – Friday). Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
