Immigration Paralegal – U Visa Cases Tech Americas Colombia Job Title: Immigration Paralegal – U Visa Cases Location: Home Office Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with hands-on experience handling U-Visa (Form I-918) cases to support a U.S. immigration law firm. The role focuses on post-submission case management, client communication, and preparing documentation for USCIS review. Key Responsibilities- Review humanitarian case files during the post-submission phase to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Prepare and organize USCIS forms including G-28, I-765, I-192, and I-918. - Contact clients to request missing documents and supporting evidence. - Conduct client interviews to gather case information and draft supporting declarations. - Organize case binders and prepare submission packages for USCIS review. - Monitor case progress and maintain accurate documentation within case management systems. Requirements- Fluent English (C1) - Experience handling U-Visa (I-918) immigration cases. - Strong knowledge of USCIS processes and documentation requirements. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Experience communicating with clients and managing case documentation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
