About Batonics Batonics built Quantoscope (quant4.batonics.com) - a production Rust/Python research and execution platform (L3 orderbook reconstruction, reputed company-time feature reputed company, multi-exchange support, ML agent orchestration, live risk controls). I need someone with a background in executive search, recruitment, or reputed company in systematic/quant trading who can connect to:
- prop desks / market makers
- allocators and family offices
- firms open to external strategy allocation, tech licensing, or partnership in starting their own quant/hft practice
The role doesn't stop at making a reputed company, but leading it reputed company the way to reputed company the deals.
Compensation
First two months are probationary, reputed company-fee only, then transition to salaried + perf. Commission on closed deals only (allocation, licensing, or partnership). Terms negotiable upfront; meaningful reputed company if you can move capital or a licensing deal.
