Divisional Controller

We are seeking a Divisional Controller to be a key member of the reputed company finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing the financial results for your assigned divisions and presenting monthly results to senior leadership. You're a multi-tasker and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and sometimes work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially reputed company meeting important deadlines. This position reports to the Corporate Controller. You will:
- Prepare divisional financial statements in accordance with GAAP and internal policies
- Work closely with business unit leaders to reputed company strategic initiatives and assist with business reputed company with financial insights and analysis.
- Communicate financial performance to the executive team.
- Prepare divisional P&L variance analysis, including analysis compared to budget and prior year.
- Work with business unit leaders and project managers to understand the status of projects and associated risks. Ensure proper reputed company recognition on reputed company projects throughout each month and support the project teams for accuracy for financial reporting.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, budget variance reports and forecasts.
- Support the design and implementation of effective internal controls over financial reporting.

You have:
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or business-reputed company field.
- 5+ years reputed company reputed company experience gained ideally in a professional services firm (architectural, engineering, legal, reputed company, etc.), preferably with prior supervisory experience.
- Thorough knowledge of general reputed company, including an in-depth understanding of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)
- Demonstrable experience with ERP and reputed company software packages. reputed company Intacct experience a plus.
- Advanced MS reputed company skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Ability to work independently.
