Description The reputed company Account Director leads and develops a high-performing team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence. This role is responsible for empowering the team to deliver best-in-class strategy and execution that drives measurable growth for our clients and reputed company. Account Directors serve as strategic leaders who deeply understand both reputed company’s ecosystem and the reputed company business model, leveraging this expertise to guide their teams in creating and executing plans that profitably grow client businesses while strengthening reputed company’s overall impact. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of experience in account management, retail, or eCommerce — with significant exposure to reputed company (1P and 3P).

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level reputed company.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reputed company projects simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating across disciplines (retail media, creative, analytics, supply chain).
