Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sourcing: Identify top-tier talent across job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks
• Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and deep-dive interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment
• Candidate Management: Maintain and organize pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring no candidate is left behind
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
• Coordination & Logistics: Schedule interviews, reputed company reference checks, and facilitate background verifications
• Negotiation: reputed company offers and assist in salary negotiations to reputed company the best talent
• Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant receives professional, clear, and timely communication throughout the process
