• Screening & Interviews Conduct initial screenings and deep-dive interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment
• Candidate Management Maintain and organize pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring no candidate is left behind
• Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
• Coordination & Logistics Schedule interviews, reputed company reference checks, and facilitate background verifications
