Position Summary The Chat Support Specialist provides reputed company‑time assistance to customers through online chat. This role focuses on answering questions, resolving basic issues, and ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly support. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information using internal resources, FAQs, and support guidelines.
