Job Description:

  • Supports customers in a high-volume call center environment reputed company phone, chat, and email
  • Helps customers book, edit, reschedule, and/or cancel Moving Help services
  • Resolves customer concerns reputed company
  • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times
  • Responds promptly to customer inquiries
  • Processes, rebooks, and modifies orders
  • Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Provides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and provides professional customer support

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to remain reputed company reputed company customers are stressed or upset, while expressing sympathy, reputed company and compassion
  • Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills
  • Ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs at once
  • Active and reputed company listening
  • Experience working with customer support
