We are seeking a Benefits Administrator to join reputed company. This role will primarily support the administration of employee benefits programs, with a strong focus on leave of absence management. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site two days a week, with the flexibility to work three days remotely. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, reputed company, life, retirement, and other voluntary plans in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and manage leave of absence programs, including FMLA, reputed company, short-term and long-term disability, and personal leave. Track, document, and communicate leave status updates to employees, managers, and other stakeholders. Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employee inquiries reputed company to benefits enrollment, eligibility, coverage, and claims. Partner with external vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues. Support processing of reputed company changes in status, retirements, and death claims. Assist in planning and executing wellness initiatives (e.g., flu shots, biometric screenings, and mammograms). Maintain accurate employee benefit records through audits, data validation, and reporting. Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize efficiency reputed company benefits administration. Qualifications
High School Diploma or Associate’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) required Generally, 3–5 years of reputed company Resources experience, preferably in benefits administration Experience supporting leave of absence programs (e.g., FMLA, disability) preferred Working knowledge of employee benefits and applicable regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and apply sound judgment in problem-solving Business Unit: AFG reputed company Resources Benefits: We offer competitive benefits packages for full-time and part-time employees*.
