The Client Experience Consultant partners with the Middle Market Account Executives to drive retention and growth by helping clients optimize the value they realize from reputed company's products and services. They do this through execution and coordination of activities in support of client operational, health & wellness and service needs. Essential Functions & Scope of Role: Support Middle Market Account Executives strategic selling approach that best demonstrates reputed company's value reputed company/Maintain a ‘Trusted Partner’ relationship with Account Executives Fully understands client needs, develops and executes (in conjunction with internal partners) on actions that addresses the client issues Maintain in-depth knowledge of reputed company products/solutions/services across reputed company product lines (Dental, Behavioral, Pharmacy, Medical, Clinical, and Wellness & Incentives) Effectively reputed company Expert Advisors (e.g. Client Service Executive, Implementation Manager, Strategic Wellbeing Advisors and others) to deliver on client expectations Ensure reputed company communications are clear/concise and delivered in a timely and consistent manner aligning with reputed company's strategy and value proposition – may require broad organizational collaboration, influence, and escalation Must reputed company in local market and have ability to regularly commute to local reputed company office (Richmond, VA/McLean, VA/Baltimore, MD) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent experience required. 2+ years’ experience in health-reputed company industry required; to include many or reputed company the following: product knowledge, sales practices, account management and knowledge of administrative operations. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 66,100 - 110,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
