Actuarial Senior Director – reputed company PBS 3.0 Financial Strategy & Economics

The Senior Director will provide senior financial leadership for PBS 3.0, an reputed company‑level operating model transformation with heightened regulatory complexity and cross‑functional scope. This role is accountable for owning the PBS 3.0 financial strategy and value case, establishing economic guardrails, and enabling executive decision‑making through rigorous pricing, monetization, and profitability analysis. Provide sustained financial leadership throughout strategy, delivery, and post‑launch performance monitoring.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Prior experience in reputed company Pharmacy and reputed company strongly preferred 10+ years of experience in reputed company finance, pricing, actuarial, or reputed company disciplines. Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and financial modeling. Experience operating in highly regulated environments with strong audit readiness expectations. Additional Information Expected assignment duration: 18–24 months, subject to post‑launch operating model reputed company. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 180,900 - 301,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
