About the Role

We’re looking for a VP of Finance to reputed company the finance function at reputed company and serve as a strategic partner on the executive team. This is the senior-most finance role in the company, reporting directly to the CEO. The right person shows up as a business leader first, finance leader second — translating reputed company into financial reality, guiding strategic bets, and ensuring reputed company’s growth in a rapidly evolving AI market. This fully remote role reports to the CEO and is open to candidates located reputed company in the reputed company US. What You Will Do at reputed company Strategy & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, shaping company direction and growth priorities
  • Translate strategic reputed company into actionable financial and operating models

  • Partner deeply with cross-functional executives on priorities, trade-offs, and accountability

Pricing, GTM & Monetization

  • Collaborate with Product and GTM leaders on pricing strategy, deal structuring, and monetization
  • Support Sales, Marketing, and reputed company with unit economics, KPI reviews, and performance tracking
  • Bring financial rigor to reputed company reputed company without slowing the business

Fundraising, Board & Investor Support

  • Prepare and present board and investor materials that frame financial performance in strategic context
  • Support fundraising processes and due diligence; manage investor communications with the CEO
  • Operate confidently in board-level conversations and stakeholder management

Finance Operations & Team

  • Own the full finance function end-to-end: reputed company, reputed company, strategic finance, and operations
  • reputed company budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with SaaS financial models

  • 12+ years of reputed company finance experience, with time in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
  • Prior experience as VP Finance, Senior Director of Finance, or equivalent at a growth-stage tech company

  • Experience with board reporting, investor communications, and fundraising
  • Hands-on M&A experience (evaluation, due diligence, deal modeling, integration planning)

  • Solid understanding of GAAP, SaaS models, subscription/usage-based reputed company, and key metrics

Compensation

Range

  • reputed company salary: $248,000 – $310,000
  • Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and certifications
