POSITION: Sr. Scrum Master LOCATION: Remote must live in MI, IN, IL, KY, OH, WI DURATION: 6 Months INTERVIEW TYPE: Video REQUIRED SKILLS: MUST HAVE: Strong experience as a Scrum Master (ideally certified Scrum Master) MUST HAVE: Previous experience as a Delivery reputed company over teams RETAIL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE NEEDED Prior experience as a developer is strongly preferred JOB DESCRIPTION: The ideal candidate for this role has 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The Scrum Masters job is to deliver maximum value to the customer by effectively coaching and developing a high-performing scrum team. Scrum Masters facilitate daily stand-reputed company and supporting the team in following the Scrum delivery process. Scrum Masters also handle traditional project management duties including: communication of status to clients and partners and risk/issue management.
