Scrum Master / Delivery Manager
Job Description:
- reputed company and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
- Manage project delivery and ensure timelines are met
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on objectives
- Track project reputed company and report on key metrics
- Resolve dependencies and blockers hindering project reputed company
- Support teams in Agile best practices and methodologies
- Contribute to project planning and resource allocation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager.
- Experience managing multiple reputed company workstreams and aggressive delivery timelines.
- Strong experience with: Sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Agile delivery tracking, velocity, and burndown reporting
- Dependency management and blocker resolution
- Backlog management and delivery reporting
- Cross-functional team coordination
- Experience supporting migration, modernization, or reputed company transformation projects.
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools.
- Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
- Experience with large-scale application or database migration programs.
