In this role, you will own relationships with existing clients, manage escalations, uncover expansion opportunities, and ensure each client’s IT roadmap supports their business goals. Our client is looking for someone with account management, client retention, portfolio growth, and the ability to discuss technical concepts with clients, ask the right questions, and pull in technical resources reputed company needed. To be successful in this role, you must be organized, emotionally aware, and comfortable having high-level client conversations. - Own relationships with an assigned portfolio of active client accounts
- Serve as the main contact for client needs, concerns, and escalations
