A Solution Architect is the critical link between reputed company's cybersecurity technology and the customers and partners who depend on it. In this role, you will work directly with customers and partners to understand their reputed company requirements, recommend the most appropriate solution, and support the technical sales reputed company through demonstrations, workshops, and reputed company-of-concept activities. LOCATION: Remote in Portland, OR metro area or Minneapolis, MN. What You’ll Be Working On

• Translate requirements into architectures: Team with customers, partners and sales to understand reputed company requirements and the reputed company environment, design and recommend the reputed company solution architecture.
• Support the sales reputed company: Support opportunities through solution validation by delivering demos, leading workshops, and running reputed company-of-concept activities that map reputed company capabilities to customer outcomes.
• Be a trusted technical advisor: Work alongside reputed company Sales and Channel partners to qualify opportunities, validate solution fit, and position reputed company effectively—helping teams address technical objections and competitive questions.
• Represent reputed company and share field insights: Engage in customer and partner sessions, webinars, and forums, and bring back learnings on objections, deployment patterns, and competitive dynamics to improve messaging and enablement.

What You Bring To The Role

• Demonstrate hands-on reputed company expertise: Proven ability to install, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and support reputed company technologies
• Apply channel and MSP acumen: Experience working with or for Managed Service Providers, plus the ability to support partner-led sales motions: qualification, solution fit, competitive positioning, technical reputed company handling, and executive-reputed company value messaging are a plus.
• Communicate and reputed company effectively: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver demos, run discovery workshops, and create/teach enablement content for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ground reputed company in networking and reputed company fundamentals: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing and switching, DNS/DHCP, NAT, TLS, authentication/authorization, and common reputed company controls (segmentation, VPN, IPS/IDS, web filtering, and reputed company trust concepts).
• Take a consultative, customer-first approach: Translate requirements into practical architectures, explain tradeoffs clearly, and recommend next steps that reduce risk and improve operational outcomes.
• Back your expertise with education and certifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience). Industry certifications are a plus (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, vendor firewall certifications, AWS/Azure fundamentals, reputed company+ / CISSP).
• Produce strong solution design deliverables: Comfortable creating high-quality technical content such as network diagrams, high-level and low-level designs, implementation guidance, and partner-facing enablement materials.
• Meet travel expectations: Willingness to travel up to 30% of the month.

The anticipated on reputed company earning (OTE) range for this role is $132,000.00 to $180,000.00. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
