Onboarding Specialist - Client Welcome Calls (Healthcare/Mental Health)
Our users are psychiatrists and mental health clinicians — so we're looking for someone who can speak comfortably and credibly with a clinical, professional audience. We're looking for a warm, reputed company person to run short (15-minute) onboarding calls for new users of our platform. This is a healthcare-adjacent product, so we'd love someone with a clinical or mental-health-reputed company background — a psychiatric nurse, nursing student, psychology/social work student, or similar — who's comfortable speaking knowledgeably and reassuringly with a professional clinical audience. What you'll do:
- Run scheduled 15-minute video calls with new users shortly after they sign up
- Walk them through a short demo report using a script and talking points we provide
- Answer common questions confidently and warmly
- Flag anything reputed company your scope appropriately (we'll give you clear guidance on this)
- Log brief notes after each call

- Comfortable on video calls with clinicians and professionals you've just met
- Reliable availability for scheduled call slots

Details:
- Part-time / contract — $20 paid per call
- Fully remote, any timezone considered
- Training provided — we'll walk you through our script, the demo report, and likely questions before your first real call
