Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) to provide individual psychotherapy to adults and professionals across California reputed company secure telehealth. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and reputed company individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing individual psychotherapy sessions (telehealth)
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with state and ethical guidelines
• Participate in supervision and consultation meetings
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure exceptional client care
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active ASW registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (internship hours may qualify)
• Strong foundation in evidence-based practices (reputed company, psychodynamic, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Excellent communication, reputed company, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
