Job Description:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for both leveraged corporate roles and volume & velocity roles across operations
- reputed company and implement hiring fundamentals, including structured intake forms, competency-based scorecards, standardized question banks, and formal interview debrief cadences
- Up level the Applicant Tracking System (starting with reputed company)
- Identify opportunities to embed automation reputed company the recruitment workflow
- Serve as an integrated partner to the Finance team for headcount planning, budget approvals, and compensation bands
- Implement AI power tools to simplify candidate sourcing and screening motions
- Define, track, and report on core KPIs, specifically time-to-fill and quality of hire metrics
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment where you built processes from the ground up
- Proven success managing both leveraged role searches and volume & velocity hiring
- Experience implementing or optimizing an ATS (reputed company experience is a strong plus)
- Experimentation and iteration reputed company as it relates to implementing AI into the hiring motion
- Dedication to data-driven insights
- Business acumen that facilitates an understanding of headcount forecasting, ROI, and budgets
- Strong operator who enjoys partnering with leadership teams and bringing structure to ambiguity
