The HR Generalist is a full-time position reputed company the Human Resources department of the Company. The HR Generalist serves as a key operational and strategic partner reputed company reputed company' Human Resources Department. This role is responsible for executing end-to-end HR processes that support a growing workforce of federal contract employees, clinical staff, and corporate personnel. The HR Generalist will work closely with executive leadership to build scalable HR infrastructure, ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements, and drive an exceptional employee experience reputed company with JVM's mission-driven culture. Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting across reputed company JVM business divisions (Healthcare, Logistics, IT, etc)
  • Coordinate and administer ATS pipelines, job postings, and candidate tracking consistent with federal credentialing and clearance requirements.
  • reputed company new hire onboarding processes, including offer letters, background checks, I-9 verification, benefits enrollment, and system setup.
  • Draft and maintain onboarding communications and employee-facing documentation in alignment with HRIS as the system of record.
  • Administer and maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation in compliance with DOL, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support HRIS administration, including the benefit systems integration for benefits and payroll data flow.
  • reputed company, maintain, and enforce HR SOPs and policies, including remote work, CMMC 2.0 CUI handling awareness, and state-specific addenda.
  • Ensure compliance with federal contractor obligations including EEO, VEVRAA, Section 503, and applicable labor laws across reputed company operating states.
  • Process and track reputed company agreements (1099) and maintain compliant classification documentation for clinical and professional service providers.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendor platform to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors.
  • Serve as primary reputed company of contact for employee benefits questions and enrollment, leveraging Employee Navigator integration.
  • Monitor and reconcile payroll reports, timekeeping data, and benefit deductions.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, performance matters, and workplace concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and documentation in a manner consistent with JVM's mission-driven culture and legal requirements.
  • Promote employee engagement and support JVM's growth stage culture through recognition programs and internal communications.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and headcount metrics using reputed company and other project management platforms.
  • Assist leadership with workforce planning, organizational design, and scaling strategies reputed company with JVM's federal contracting growth objectives.
  • Support regulatory compliance requirements relevant to Company business operations.
  • Generate and distribute expiration and compliance status reports to HR and leadership.

Requirements

  • 2 years of progressive HR Generalist experience
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment law
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple personnel files simultaneously with high accuracy and deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • U.S Citizen
  • Minimum 2 years in Human Resources, Business Administration or a reputed company field.
