Key Responsibilities

  • Fluent Communication: Answer inbound calls in both Spanish and English, providing clear, courteous assistance to U.S. customers.

  • Prescription Support: Assist with refill requests, order status updates, and tracking of medication shipments.
  • Self‑Service Guidance: Educate customers on using online portals for benefit updates, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating self‑service tools.

Work‑From‑Home Requirements – Your Home Office Must Include
