[Remote] Platform Product Manager

TAC Security is transitioning to a unified, platform-first offering in cybersecurity and is seeking a Platform Product Manager to lead this initiative. The role involves defining the platformization roadmap, enhancing customer experience, and driving product-led growth through strategic collaboration and effective metrics tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the platformization roadmap for TAC Security
  • Transition products from siloed solutions to a single unified platform
  • Own the single-login, single-subscription experience
  • Design best-in-class UX flows for: One-click subscription & activation, Cross-product discovery and upgrades, Eliminate friction across onboarding, access, and billing, Ensure consistent UX standards across all security products
  • Enable ESOF CASA clients to discover and activate Socify Premium
  • Bundle Cyberscope Premium with Socify + AppSec
  • Define entitlements, access rules, and premium tiers
  • Build upsell and cross-sell mechanisms within the platform
  • Define pricing tiers, packaging, and premium plans
  • Drive higher revenue per customer through platform adoption
  • Work closely with: UX / Design for intuitive user journeys, Engineering on platform architecture and integrations, Sales & GTM on pricing, packaging, and positioning
  • Act as the single point of ownership for platform outcomes
  • Define and track KPIs such as: Premium activation rate, Cross-product adoption, Conversion from free to premium, Customer satisfaction (UX)

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS / B2B platforms
  • Strong understanding of subscription models
  • Strong understanding of platform products
  • Strong understanding of entitlement & billing systems
  • Excellent UX sensibility (can think like a designer)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business problems into product solutions
  • Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or enterprise SaaS
  • Experience with M&A product integrations
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) model
