[Remote] Technical Project Manager

They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive agile project management and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives, focusing on managing non-waterfall projects and providing operational planning and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Leading the responsible development and implementation of assigned projects while managing operational, administrative, and human resources functions
• Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports to ensure mission alignment
• Conducting regular project meetings and maintaining responsibility for comprehensive project tracking and analytical reporting
• Ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and performing rigorous reviews of all project deliverables
• Managing the integration of vendor tasks and tracking vendor deliverables to ensure contract compliance and technical accuracy
• Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team while serving as the principal point of liaison with external constituencies
• Recommending and taking decisive action to direct the analysis and solutions of complex problems as they arise
• Providing day-to-day technical and professional leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise to maintain project momentum

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, or a related professional discipline
• Experience providing services similar in required tasks, scope, and complexity within an agile environment
• Demonstrated experience managing non-waterfall projects and implementing agile methodologies
• Proven ability to develop detailed project documentation, including resource plans and schedules
• Experience leading technical teams and managing vendor integrations for multifaceted projects
• An active Secret clearance is required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification
• Experience with the Sponsor's primary cyber risk and compliance automation tools
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is preferred
