[Remote] Lead Strategy & Operations Lead Consultant - Remote - CST/EST

They are seeking a Lead Strategy & Operations Consultant to contribute to the strategic design and implementation of programs that align with corporate objectives and provide consulting across the enterprise. The role involves developing relationships with leadership, analyzing data for improvement, and supporting communication strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in driving results through the development of effective relationships with cross functional leadership
  • Analyzes statistical data as it relates to programs, projects and processes and provides action alternatives for improvement as appropriate
  • Develops communication strategies and materials to support new plans, programs, or processes
  • Enables leadership efforts for continuous improvements with processes & programs
  • Helps present business cases and influences others to take recommended actions
  • Demonstrates solid business knowledge, leadership, and strategic vision
  • Takes an integrated approach to ensure initiatives align to the Company determined growth and profit goals
  • Formulates and/or contributes to formulation of strategies to achieve plan objectives
  • Leads the development/design of new plans, programs and processes
  • Provides support in removing barriers to cooperative efforts with teams across functions
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand needs and pain points

Skills

  • Ability to work in Central Time zone preferrable

  • Must be able to travel up to Max 10%
  • Occasional travel to hubs (Chicago, Charlotte, Dallas & Scottsdale) and other locations as needed
  • The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation
  • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or more years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
  • Proficiency in claims management systems and reporting tools
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coaching, training, or mentoring team members
  • Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities
  • Comfortable communicating findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency in end-to-end claims processes, including investigation, evaluation, and resolution, to drive informed decision-making and customer-centric outcomes
