About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Recruitment, we’re seeking 2-3 Full-Cycle Recruiters who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to help us grow our network of exceptional clinicians. You’ll own the recruitment process end-to-end — from sourcing and outreach to interviewing and offer coordination — with a focus on building strong, lasting relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator, highly organized, and energized by the challenge of finding and engaging top-tier clinical talent. You should feel confident navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and adapting quickly as needs evolve. Experience staffing clinicians (Speech Language Pathologists, School Psychologists, LCSW, and Occupational Therapists) virtually in schools is a huge plus!! Duration: 6-8 weeks Compensation: $65/hour Hours: 40 hours per week Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle — source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process using Greenhouse ATS. Source proactively through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach. Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple clinical disciplines and regions. Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels to engage new candidates. Assess candidate qualifications based on credentials, experience, clinical expertise, and alignment with organizational needs. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. Track and manage data within Greenhouse to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting; experience hiring clinicians or healthcare professionals is strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS (or similar recruiting software), highly preferred. Proven success managing high-volume requisitions in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment. Skilled in cold calling, networking, and creative sourcing strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — confident speaking with candidates at all experience levels. Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Comfortable with ambiguity — able to adapt quickly to changing needs, priorities, and market dynamics. Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board sourcing.
