Key Responsibilities
Analyze payment data to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights. Perform reconciliation of financial transactions across internal systems, payment processors, and banking partners. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical metrics for business and finance stakeholders. Requirements 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, or financial services analytics. Strong understanding of payment processing lifecycle, reconciliation, settlement, and financial operations. Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). Languages: English, Russian. Key Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactive, ownership-driven approach and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
