Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Processing & Reconciliation: Execute end‑to‑end processing of electronic payments, ACH files, and wire transfers while maintaining strict adherence to NACHA rules and federal banking regulations.
  • Document Management: Review, log, and reconcile general‑ledger entries, ensuring all adjustments are accurately reflected in arenaflex’s accounting system.
  • Vendor & Customer Coordination: Communicate with vendors, merchants, and customers to resolve payment disputes, process stop‑pay requests, and facilitate check‑batching activities.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor daily operations for compliance with banking laws, the Bank Secrecy Act, and internal policies; promptly flag and remediate any anomalies.
  • Audit Support: Assist internal and external auditors by providing documentation, transaction histories, and explanations for any irregularities.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Accounting, Collections, and Fraud Prevention teams to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on transaction volumes, exception trends, and key performance indicators to support strategic decision‑making.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional post‑secondary education preferred.
