About the Role: What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to customers across the healthcare sector. You will be the frontline of customer interaction, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Handling all incoming customer issues with professionalism and empathy, using smart customer-focused decision-making skills to resolve concerns effectively
  • Acting as a vital liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer; conducting thorough research to resolve and track customer issues related to service failures, product returns, incorrect shipments, and other inquiries
  • Following up diligently on all outstanding tasks to ensure complete resolution and providing timely updates to customers throughout the process
  • Anticipating potential issues and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate any negative impact on the customer experience
  • Assisting hospitals and healthcare facilities with product conversions and special reporting needs to ensure seamless operations
  • Responding quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns, maintaining excellent phone and email etiquette at all times
  • Documenting all interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and enable data-driven improvements

Essential Qualifications:
