Position Overview

We're currently seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated Customer Service Specialists to join our fully remote team. As a key member of arenaflex's customer service department, you'll serve as the first point of contact for both customers and service providers, delivering exceptional support through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support Excellence

  • Act as the first point of contact in our virtual call center, professionally handling incoming calls from customers and service providers
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, text messages, and web chat with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist customers with service bookings, including scheduling new services, managing existing bookings, and handling cancellations or rescheduling requests
  • Provide detailed information about arenaflex services, pricing, and service provider qualifications
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Service Provider Support

  • Address questions and concerns from service providers regarding work orders, scheduling, and platform policies
  • Assist service providers with troubleshooting their mobile applications and web interfaces
  • Facilitate clear communication between customers and service providers when needed
  • Provide training and guidance to new service providers on arenaflex policies and procedures

Technical Troubleshooting

  • Identify and resolve common software issues faced by customers and service providers
  • Guide users through technical solutions step-by-step over phone or chat
  • Document technical issues and report patterns to our development team for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on arenaflex platform updates and new features to provide accurate information

Team Collaboration

  • Work effectively as part of a fully remote team, utilizing communication tools for collaboration
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge sharing exercises
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback based on customer interactions
  • Maintain a positive and supportive team dynamic in a virtual work environment

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements

  • Must be a resident of Arizona with the legal right to work in the United States
  • Access to a reliable computer and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
  • Stable high-speed internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps download speed
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with clear articulation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
