Your Role: What You'll Be Doing at arenaflex

As an Overnight Live Chat Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the calm, capable, and friendly presence (well, the typing fingers) that guides customers through questions, concerns, and purchases during the overnight shift. You'll work from the comfort of your home, logging into arenaflex's proprietary chat platform to deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to a steady stream of live chat inquiries from customers, typically handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Addressing questions about pricing, shipping, product features, refund and return policies, account management, and promotional offers.
  • Distributing exclusive discount codes, processing refund requests, and resolving customer issues within the scope of your training.
  • Documenting customer interactions clearly and accurately within arenaflex's internal ticketing and CRM systems.
  • Escalating complex or sensitive issues to senior team members or specialized departments when appropriate.
  • Maintaining a consistently positive, professional, and on-brand tone across every customer interaction.
  • Staying current on product updates, policy changes, and seasonal promotions through ongoing training resources.
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and resolution rates.

Essential Qualifications

  • The ability to type at least 40–50 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • Access to a personal device — a laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone — capable of running arenaflex's chat application.
  • Flexibility to work overnight hours, typically between late evening and early morning, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Self-motivation, time management skills, and the discipline to work independently from a remote setting.
