Our Owner Service Agents (OSAs) are the frontline ambassadors of arenaflex. They ensure that every homeowner receives accurate product information, swift assistance with parts, delivery, and service inquiries, and a seamless experience from purchase through the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound calls, emails, chats, and written inquiries with professionalism and empathy, addressing questions about parts sales, service requests, registration, and post‑purchase support.
  • Problem Solving & Concessions: Apply arenaflex’s guidelines to resolve owner issues, exercising judgment to offer appropriate concessions that balance customer satisfaction with company policy.
  • Data Management: Create, update, and retrieve detailed owner records, documenting complaints, actions taken, and resolutions to maintain an accurate service history.
  • Feedback Loop: Proactively share insights with Quality and Training teams to help refine processes, training materials, and service scripts.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety policies and data‑security protocols to protect both customers and the arenaflex brand.
  • Cross‑Functional Support: Assist other departments as needed, contributing to broader business initiatives and special projects.
  • Continuous Learning: Complete an 8‑week intensive training program, then stay current on product updates, software tools, and best‑practice service techniques.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support the overall success of the contact center.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred).
  • Demonstrated passion for helping customers and solving problems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • Proficient typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and comfort navigating multiple software applications.
  • Effective listening and questioning techniques to uncover root causes and resolve conflicts.
  • Proven track record of dependable attendance and punctuality.

Remote Work Environment Requirements
