The platform bridges learning and real-world outcomes by aligning credentials with career progression. Job Description: This role operates across both B2B (institutions, employers) and B2C (learners) sides of the platform. As a Product Operations Associate, you will help design and implement badge strategies for organizations while ensuring learners are effectively engaged and progressing through structured skill pathways. The role requires ecosystem thinking — understanding how institutional goals, employer requirements, and learner journeys connect to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

B2B – Client Onboarding & Strategy

• Support onboarding of institutions and employers onto SOLO Network
• Design badge and credential strategies aligned with workforce or learning objectives
• Structure programs into clear skill pathways and career tracks

B2C – Learner Journey Design

• Map learning programs into engaging, outcome-driven learner journeys
• Ensure badges reflect real skill progression and career milestones
• Improve learner experience across onboarding, progression, and completion

Feature Enablement & Adoption

• Recommend platform features based on client use cases
• Guide clients in implementing badges, pathways, and engagement mechanisms
• Act as a translator between product capabilities and real-world use cases

Engagement & Performance Monitoring

• Track both client-level and learner-level engagement
• Identify drop-offs in learner journeys and adoption gaps in clients
• Suggest improvements to increase completion rates and platform usage

Outcome & Impact Tracking

• Help define success metrics across institutions and learners
• Ensure learning translates into credentials and credentials into outcomes
• Support reporting and insights for continuous improvement

• Good communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly to different stakeholders
• Interest in EdTech, skill development, or workforce ecosystems
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and basic analytics
• Proactive attitude with an ownership mindset
