Child Records Data Entry Specialist
This is a remote position. We are seeking a detail-oriented Child Records Data Entry Specialist to maintain accurate student records and support administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure information is entered, updated, and maintained efficiently while adhering to confidentiality standards.
Responsibilities
Enter and update student records in internal databases Maintain enrollment and attendance documentation Verify and audit records for accuracy and completeness Scan, organize, and manage digital files Process student forms and supporting documents Assist with record retrieval and reporting requests Maintain confidentiality of student information Support administrative and clerical projects Coordinate record updates with school staff Ensure compliance with record retention policies
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience preferred Strong computer proficiency Excellent attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information
