Role Summary The Account Manager acts as the strategic point of contact for client partnerships across AI data services and localization programs. This role ensures operational excellence, client satisfaction, and commercial growth by working cross-functionally with Solutions, Operations, and QA teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-centric, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage client accounts from onboarding to delivery, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, translating client goals into actionable project plans.
  • Schedule and oversee project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead client-facing communications, ensuring transparency, expectation alignment, and timely escalation resolution.
  • Prepare quotes, budget estimates, and pricing documentation in collaboration with the Solutions and Finance teams.
  • Track and manage client engagement data using HubSpot; maintain up-to-date records and pipeline insights.
  • Deliver accurate monthly and ad-hoc financial reporting on account performance, margin, and revenue trends.
  • Track and report on client health, growth opportunities, and upcoming needs across programs.
  • Contribute to proposal development, renewals, and upsell strategies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and cost-efficiency in service delivery.
  • Support continuous development of internal account management best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in localization project management or AI data services.
  • Proven success in managing multiple client programs and driving outcomes independently.
  • Experience preparing quotes and managing project financials.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first approach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Availability to cover Pacific or Eastern time zones.
  • Immediate availability.
