Group Product Manager | Financial Products

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-24

EBANX is the leading payment platform connecting global companies with customers from the fastest-growing digital markets in the world.

Since the beginning of our journey, we have had one mission: to provide global access for everyone. We believe that transforming challenges into opportunities and making the impossible part of the journey is crucial! That's precisely why we created a payment technology that builds bridges between people and businesses every day in 29 rising markets across the globe.

We call ourselves ebankers, we are global thinkers, we value diversity, we foster creativity and we work hard to connect businesses and people worldwide through payments. Let's make history together?

We are seeking a Group Product Manager (Manager) to lead one of the squads within our Financial Products team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, lead a squad of Product Managers, and partner closely with Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, Commercial, and other teams to deliver friction-less, scalable solutions that expand EBANX’s product portfolio and generate new revenues.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the vision & strategy — Define and communicate a long-term roadmap for money-movement solutions, ensuring every decision aligns with company OKRs and drives sustainable growth.
  • Lead & develop the team — Manage and mentor Product Managers, set clear goals, and foster a high-performance culture that consistently turns plans into results.
  • Shape world-class products — Convert market insights and user pain points into detailed specs, guiding features from concept to launch with a focus on quality and scalability.
  • Champion customer & business understanding — Dive deep into merchant workflows, regulatory trends, and EBANX economics to uncover opportunities that unlock new revenue streams.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives — Align Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, and Commercial teams around complex projects, remove blockers, and keep all stakeholders engaged.
  • Translate strategy into execution — Turn high-level goals into prioritized epics and user stories, balance tech debt versus new features, and track delivery against clear success metrics.
  • Own the roadmap — Maintain a transparent, data-driven roadmap; regularly update priorities based on impact and steer the organization through each milestone to timely completion.

Who you are

  • A product leader who balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and making decisions grounded in market signals, business results, and customer needs.
  • A strong influencer and storyteller, able to align diverse stakeholders around a unified vision.
  • Passionate about Financial Solutions and their impact on merchants and end users in emerging markets.
  • Committed to people development, fostering growth and a strong product culture that fully aligns with EBANX’s values.

What's mandatory

  • Product leadership — Demonstrated track record of leading and developing Product Managers, building high-performing, empowered teams.
  • Product track record — Shipped and scaled revenue-generating financial products
  • Payments & fintech experience — Background in payment processors, fintech startups, or other regulated financial institutions.
  • End-to-end ownership — Proven ability to take products from concept through launch and continuous optimization, balancing long-term vision with daily execution.
  • Strategic + tactical execution — Equally comfortable crafting multi-year roadmaps and driving sprint-level delivery in fast-paced environments.
  • Stakeholder influence — Success aligning Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, Commercial, and executive leadership around shared goals and trade-offs.
  • Bias for action & accountability — Strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • English Proficiency — fluent written and spoken English; able to craft clear narratives and persuade diverse audiences—from developers to C-level.
  • Business acumen — Skilled at building business cases, modeling impact, and telling stories that drive change.

What would be a plus?

  • Relevant degree — Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Spanish proficiency — Professional fluency that enables seamless collaboration across Latin America.
  • Regional payments expertise — Hands-on work with Latin-American or other regional payment rails and schemes.
  • Treasury & liquidity know-how — Experience with treasury management systems, liquidity optimization, and FX solutions.
  • Regulatory & tax frameworks — Working knowledge of central-bank regulations, tax requirements, and similar compliance frameworks.
