The role

As a GTM Associate at Metaview, you’ll combine strategic problem-solving with hands-on execution. Your work will remove friction, create leverage, and help customers capture real value as they adopt AI into their hiring workflows. You’ll drive impact across projects that sharpen execution and outcomes—helping the company grow faster.

• Take charge of analytical and process-driven tasks that unlock more customer-facing time for AEs, and Engagement Managers.

• Lead initiatives across the GTM engine — from optimising lead routing and refining qualification, to standardising onboarding playbooks, building dashboards, and improving renewal/expansion workflows.

• Assist in gathering and analyzing data to inform process improvements across GTM.

• Provide flexible, cross-functional support to address emerging needs and help the team execute with greater precision.

• Work closely with senior leadership and other associates to ensure alignment and maximize impact across GTM initiatives.

Last year we 4X’d revenue ($m’s). We’re on track to do the same in 2025.

You:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in consulting or GTM strategy/operations at a fast-growing startup.

• Proven ability to spot problems and deliver practical solutions.

• Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL—you know how to get answers from data quickly.

• Communicate clearly and confidently, turning analysis into recommendations that drive action across teams.

• Comfortable with change and ambiguity. You get things done without waiting for perfect instructions.
